Here's how we created the Survivor Emergency Seed Bank. First we selecting the hardiest, Non Hybrid, Heirloom varieties from High Altitude Family Famers. These seeds have for generations been grown in the most demanding climates, and have adapted and become stronger, faster sprouting, and hardier, than the same varieties, from low land growers.

Using methods researched and discovered by the Svalbard Doomsday Seed Vault, we carefully dry our seeds to the optimum moisture level, and then hermetically seal them in a triple layer Mylar bag. This bag protects against light, moisture and insect infiltration, so you can store your seeds in the fridge or freezer and enjoy a bounteous harvest any time you wish in the years to come.
